User Says What is a SaaS platform that helps users collect feedback and uses AI to analyze and summarize the feedback. The Service is available as a paid subscription with a 14-day free trial.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

3.1 Free Trial

• New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial.
• After the trial period, you will be required to provide payment information to continue using the Service.
• If no payment information is provided, your account may be suspended or terminated.

3.2 Subscriptions

• The Service is available via monthly or yearly subscriptions.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Payment and Refunds
